Do you cover my county?
We cover Smith County every business day and Gregg, Cherokee, Rusk, Van Zandt, Henderson and Wood counties on scheduled route days. Outside those counties, call anyway — we often reach neighboring towns for a trip fee that is quoted before you pay anything.
Which East Texas counties do you cover, and how often?
Smith County gets daily routes from our Tyler yard. Gregg, Cherokee, Rusk, Van Zandt, Henderson and Wood counties run on scheduled route days, usually two or three times a week, with weekly service for monthly units set on that day. Book route-day towns two business days ahead; Smith County needs only one.
| County | Seat | Towns we serve | Schedule |

| Gregg | Longview | Longview, Kilgore, White Oak, Gladewater | Route days |

How do route days work for towns outside Smith County?
Trucks run each outlying county on set days, so your delivery, weekly service and pickup all happen on that county's route day. For a Saturday event in Longview or Canton, the unit is set on the last route day before your event and collected on the next one, at the same event price.

Service area questions
Can I get one delivered tomorrow?
Yes, in most of Smith County. Order by 2 PM and the unit arrives the next business day, with no rush fee in our daily-route ZIPs (Tyler, Whitehouse, Lindale, Bullard, Flint, Chandler, Winona, Arp and Troup). Longview, Kilgore, Jacksonville, Canton and Athens run on scheduled route days. Call (903) 230-3888.
Are you local?
Yes. Aaron Rental Works runs its trucks from a yard at 2520 E 5th St in Tyler, and dispatch plans Smith County routes every afternoon. You can call the yard at (903) 230-3888 Monday through Saturday, 7 AM–6 PM.
It rained. Can you still deliver on red clay?
Usually, if the truck can stay on the driveway or road. Our trucks don't drive onto soaked red clay or fresh sod, because they rut the yard. The driver sets the unit on the nearest firm ground and calls you. For farms and new build lots, a gravel pad or the end of the drive is ideal.
How far ahead should I book?
Book 1–2 business days ahead for a jobsite unit, 1–2 weeks ahead for a weekend party, and 3–6 weeks ahead for weddings, races and festivals. Book 7–10 days ahead for Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day. Air-conditioned restroom trailers sell out first, so reserve those 4–8 weeks out.
What blocks a delivery?
Low wires, branches under 12 feet, parked cars, locked gates and loose dogs block the most deliveries. Move cars the night before, unlock the gate and tell us about pine limbs over the drive. If the driver can't place the unit safely, he calls you before leaving.
