Key facts
- Event rentals are priced per event — up to five business days for one price.

- Trucks don't run weekends, so weekend events are delivered Friday at no extra charge.
- Holiday weekends sell out first — book 7–10 days ahead.
How many porta potties do I need for my party?
Plan 1 standard unit per 50 guests for a 4-hour party, 1 per 40 up to 6 hours, and 1 per 30 up to 8 hours. Add one more if alcohol is served, and make one accessible if a guest uses a wheelchair. A 40-person party needs one unit; a 100-guest, 4-hour party needs two.

Why rent a porta potty for a home party?
To keep a crowd out of the house. Fifty guests using one indoor bathroom means a line in the hallway, muddy floors and a strained septic system — common on rural Smith County lots. One rented unit in the side yard solves all three for less than a plumber's service call.
“We're just trying to keep everybody from going in and out the house.”

Do I need a permit for a backyard party?
Usually not for a private party on your own property. Larger events in parks, on streets or with ticket sales may need a City of Tyler special-event permit, which can ask how many restrooms you'll provide. Keep units on your property, not on the sidewalk or street.

How many porta potties do I need for my party?
Plan 1 standard unit per 50 guests for a 4-hour event, 1 per 40 up to 6 hours, and 1 per 30 up to 8 hours, then add one more if alcohol is served. A 40-person party needs one unit. A 100-guest, four-hour event needs two — the same answer a caller got for her 100-guest gathering.
What's your daily rate on a porta potty?
There is no daily rate — Tyler event rentals are priced per event. Aaron Rental Works delivers on a weekday before your event and picks up the next business day, and that whole stay (up to five business days) costs the same as one afternoon. A Saturday birthday and a Friday-to-Monday reunion are the same price.
Do you deliver on Saturday or Sunday?
Weekend events are delivered on Friday and picked up on Monday at no extra charge, so the unit is already set before your first guest arrives. Our trucks run Monday through Friday, with Saturday routes for urgent jobsite calls. The office answers Monday through Saturday, 7 AM–6 PM.
I've never rented a porta potty. How does it work?
Call, give the address, date, guest count and where it should go. We quote one total on the phone and text it to you. We deliver on a weekday before the event, you use it, and we pick it up the next business day. One mom calling for her daughter said, “I never rented a porta potty in my life.” It's that simple.
Where should the porta potty go?
Pick a flat, firm spot the truck can reach within about 10 feet, on your property and away from low wires and parked cars. Callers chose “the side of our house,” “next to the shipping container, door side,” and “wherever I have a trash can sitting in my yard.” All three are good choices. Text us a photo with an arrow.
Can you hold the price while I check with my family?
We text you an itemized quote and honor that price for 48 hours. We can't hold the unit itself until you book, though. On busy weekends that matters: one caller had to wait for a family member to call back, and was warned the unit might be gone by then. If the date is firm, book it — date changes are free.
