How does a holiday weekend rental work?
We deliver on the Friday before the holiday and pick up on Tuesday, because our trucks don't run on the holiday Monday. You pay the normal event price for all four days. Book 7–10 days ahead; the closer the holiday, the fewer units are left in Tyler.

Why do holiday weekends sell out?
Every family cookout, lake party and church picnic lands on the same three days, and each unit can only be in one yard. In our call log, dispatchers on Labor Day week told callers demand was “really high” and that holding a unit while they checked with family was a risk.
“As you may know, Labor Day weekend, so we've been pretty busy here and our demand is really high.”
“What I'm going to do is just pray and just take that chance.”
What's a holiday weekend porta potty cost in Tyler?
The same as any weekend: about $249–$290 for a standard unit, $339–$399 with a sink, delivered Friday and picked up Tuesday. No holiday surcharge. Other quotes in our call log offered holiday “discounts” off inflated prices — $320 down to $292.47 — so compare totals, not discounts.

Questions callers asked us
What happens on a holiday weekend like Labor Day or July 4th?
Holiday weekends are the first to sell out in Tyler. We deliver the Friday before and pick up the Tuesday after a Monday holiday, at the regular event price. In our phone log, holiday-weekend callers who waited a day to “check with family” were told the last unit could be gone, so book at least 7–10 days ahead.
Can you hold the price while I check with my family?
We text you an itemized quote and honor that price for 48 hours. We can't hold the unit itself until you book, though. On busy weekends that matters: one caller had to wait for a family member to call back, and was warned the unit might be gone by then. If the date is firm, book it — date changes are free.
How far ahead should I book?
Book 1–2 business days ahead for a jobsite unit, 1–2 weeks ahead for a weekend party, and 3–6 weeks ahead for weddings, races and festivals. Book 7–10 days ahead for Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day. Air-conditioned restroom trailers sell out first, so reserve those 4–8 weeks out.
Do you deliver on Saturday or Sunday?
Weekend events are delivered on Friday and picked up on Monday at no extra charge, so the unit is already set before your first guest arrives. Our trucks run Monday through Friday, with Saturday routes for urgent jobsite calls. The office answers Monday through Saturday, 7 AM–6 PM.
When do you pick it up after the event?
Event units are picked up the next business day — Monday after a weekend, Tuesday after a holiday weekend. In a heavy week it can take up to two business days. The unit only needs to be reachable; you don't have to be home. Your rental price doesn't change if the truck arrives a day later.
What's the total charged to my card?
Ask every company that exact question. Unit prices hide add-ons: one caller's “$249” became $292.47 after fees, and another's $270-per-unit quote became $592.20 for two. Our phone quote is the total, including tax, delivery and pickup. We text it to you itemized before you pay.
