Can you send a certificate of insurance?
Yes. General contractors and property managers can request a COI naming the owner or GC, plus a W-9, when they book. We email both within one business day. Accounts with several sites get one monthly invoice and a named dispatcher.
“Everybody that comes onto our job site, we ask for insurance in case something happens.”
