Who is Aaron Rental Works?
Aaron Rental Works is a local porta potty rental company at 2520 E 5th St in Tyler, Texas. We rent standard porta potties, units with sinks, flushable units, ADA wheelchair-accessible units, hand-washing stations and air-conditioned restroom trailers across Smith County and East Texas, for events, builds and businesses.
Why does a local yard matter?
Because the person on the phone can see the route board. Our dispatch plans Smith County routes every afternoon from E 5th St, so when we say Friday, the truck is already on Friday's sheet. We know which lake drives are too steep, which county roads turn to red-clay soup after rain, and which venues need a gate code.
What do we promise every customer?
Every rental comes with one all-in phone quote, a texted itemized invoice you sign on your phone, delivery before your event, a 30-minute heads-up call, free date changes before delivery, free cancellation up to 48 hours before delivery, and weekly service on monthly rentals.

How did we write this website?
From our phones. Every FAQ, quote and planning tip on this site comes from real rental calls in 2026 — about 50 recordings — with names, numbers, addresses and payment details removed. When callers asked something twice, we answered it here once, plainly.
