Key facts
- Reunions are our most common summer call: 30–120 relatives, a long afternoon and one house bathroom.
- A sink unit keeps kids' hands clean without opening the house.
- Farm reunions: tell us about gates, cattle guards and soft red clay.
- The second unit on the same drop pays no extra delivery.
Do we need a porta potty for a reunion at home?
If more than about 25 people will stay longer than a few hours, yes. One unit keeps relatives out of the hallway, protects the floors and spares a rural septic system. At 50 guests, rent two — or one standard and one with a sink — and put them together by the yard, not by the front door.
“This is going to be a family gathering just at my mom's house. We're just trying to keep everybody from going in and out the house.”

What about a reunion on the family farm?
Farm and pasture reunions work well with a unit set near the barn or pavilion on firm ground. Text us a map pin, because rural East Texas addresses often route GPS to the wrong gate. A caller in our log booked two units for a community party on a farm rather than a house — that's a common setup.
“It's actually gonna be a farm, so not naturally a house, but it's a farm.”
| Guests | Hours | Suggested setup |
|---|---|---|
| 25–50 | 4–6 | 1 unit (with sink if kids) |
| 50–100 | 4–6 | 2 units, one with sink |
| 100–150 | 6–8 | 3–4 units + hand-wash station |
| 150+ | All day | Call — add a mid-day service |
When should we book a reunion unit?
One to two weeks ahead for a normal weekend, and 7–10 days ahead for July 4th, Labor Day and Thanksgiving week, when Tyler units sell out. If you're waiting on relatives to confirm, book the date anyway: changes are free before delivery.

Questions callers asked us
We're having a family reunion at Mom's house. Do we really need one?
If more than about 25 people will be there for more than a few hours, yes. One caller said it best: “we're just trying to keep everybody from going in and out the house.” One unit protects the home's septic system and floors. Add a second unit at 50+ guests.
What happens on a holiday weekend like Labor Day or July 4th?
Holiday weekends are the first to sell out in Tyler. We deliver the Friday before and pick up the Tuesday after a Monday holiday, at the regular event price. In our phone log, holiday-weekend callers who waited a day to “check with family” were told the last unit could be gone, so book at least 7–10 days ahead.
Can you hold the price while I check with my family?
We text you an itemized quote and honor that price for 48 hours. We can't hold the unit itself until you book, though. On busy weekends that matters: one caller had to wait for a family member to call back, and was warned the unit might be gone by then. If the date is firm, book it — date changes are free.
Do I need the porta potty with a sink?
Choose a sink unit when food is served, children are attending, or the event lasts longer than three hours. Guests can wash up without walking back into the house. For a short adult gathering or a jobsite with sanitizer, a standard unit is enough.
Where should the porta potty go?
Pick a flat, firm spot the truck can reach within about 10 feet, on your property and away from low wires and parked cars. Callers chose “the side of our house,” “next to the shipping container, door side,” and “wherever I have a trash can sitting in my yard.” All three are good choices. Text us a photo with an arrow.
Can I change my delivery date after I book?
Yes — date changes are free any time before the truck leaves the yard. Call or reply to your quote text. Your price stays the same unless you move into a holiday weekend that is already fully booked, in which case dispatch tells you before anything changes.
