What does a restroom trailer include?
A two-stall restroom trailer has separate men's and women's doors, flushing toilets, vanity sinks with running water, mirrors, lights, air conditioning and fold-down steps. How early do restroom trailers book up?
Four to eight weeks ahead for spring and fall weekends. Trailers are the scarcest unit every company owns. A commercial building owner in our log needed one for two days during a sewer repair, two days out, and heard the standard answer: “we're fully booked for this week for our restroom trailers.”
“The one that has sinks. Yeah. It's like on a trailer, right?”
Where does a restroom trailer go at an East Texas venue?
On level, firm ground within 50 feet of an outlet and a hose bib, with room for the truck to back in. On barn and ranch venues, that's usually a gravel drive beside the barn. Avoid soaked red clay and low spots under pine limbs. We visit the site before large events when the setup is tight.

Questions callers asked us
How much is a restroom trailer with air conditioning?
A two-stall air-conditioned restroom trailer runs about $1,500–$2,500 per weekend in Tyler, including delivery, setup, restocking and pickup. The site needs a garden hose and a 20-amp, 110-volt outlet within 50 feet. Trailers sell out weeks ahead in spring and fall wedding season.
What does a restroom trailer need to run?
A restroom trailer needs a garden-hose water connection, a 20-amp, 110-volt outlet within about 50 feet, and level ground the truck can back onto. Air conditioning runs off that outlet. If the venue has no water, we add a fresh-water tank for a fee quoted up front.
The restroom trailer I wanted is booked. What now?
Book trailers 4–8 weeks ahead in spring and fall. If yours is sold out, a flushable unit with a sink plus a hand-washing station covers most guests at a fraction of the cost. A commercial building owner in our log needed a trailer two days out and got the answer every trailer company gives in September: fully booked.
Our building's restrooms will be down for a sewer repair. Can you help?
Yes. When a plumber shuts the water off or a sewer line is being replaced, tenants and staff still need restrooms. We deliver a unit with a sink, or a restroom trailer if one is free, for the outage days. A strip-center owner in our log needed two days of coverage while sewer lines were repaired.
How far ahead should I book?
Book 1–2 business days ahead for a jobsite unit, 1–2 weeks ahead for a weekend party, and 3–6 weeks ahead for weddings, races and festivals. Book 7–10 days ahead for Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day. Air-conditioned restroom trailers sell out first, so reserve those 4–8 weeks out.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel at least 48 hours before the delivery date for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, the unit is usually already loaded on a route, so the delivery charge is kept and the rest is refunded. Rescheduling is always free, so most people move the date instead of canceling.
